BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County currently has two contracts with Shute Mihaly related to solid waste. The first contract is related to the Class 3 landfill in the amount of $50,000. The $50,000 contract does not need to be amended at this time, as there is approximately $15,000 remaining available in the authorization.
The second contract for work related to the Class 1 landfill needs to be amended and increased by the amount of $10,000, to a new total of $20,000.
