BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:

The San Benito County Free Library has recently installed self-check machines.  As a result of implementing self-check machines, the flexibility of staff has increased allowing us to expand Library hours to the public on Fridays.  I am requesting that the Board of Supervisors approve the attached resolution.
