Approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract with Rincon Consultants, Inc. for "The Bluffs at Ridgemark" project in the additional amount of $91,198, for the period of July 26, 2016 to completion; approve and authorize the RMA Director a 10% contract contingency in the amount of $9,118, and, if necessary, an amendment for Hexagon to perform transportation impact analysis in the amount of $30,774.
