Purchase of Property at 1161 San Felipe Road for Community Services Center.  Board action, includes but is not limited to: finding acquisition is Categorically Exempt from CEQA under Class 32 Infill Development;  adopting Resolution approving the executed Real Property Purchase Agreement and accepting the Grant Deed; and approving loan of $1,000,000.00 from the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), fund 221, to Capital Projects, fund 300, as reflected in the Budget Adjustment/Transfer form, and direction to staff.
