BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
Currently Miller Starr Regalia has an existing legal services agreement with the County not to exceed $10,000. This contract is used for work performed by the firm not related to a development project subject to a reimbursement agreement. Examples of such work include the purchase of county property and the River Parkway/Regional Park project.
Due to the current workload of these projects and as an interim measure to serve as contract legal assistance, a contract amendment, in the additional amount of $40,000 is brought before the Board for approval.
