BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:
The County is acquiring right-of-way for purposes of realigning the Union Road Bridge. The County negotiated the purchase of real property on two parcels owned by the Agredano family (APN's 021-280-008 and 021-280-009). At its June 14, 2016 meeting, the Board of Supervisors previously adopted Resolution 2016-47, approving two right-of-way agreements, and accepting three grants of fee title and associated easements from the Agredano Family. The Agradano family subsequently delivered a grant of temporary construction easement for a construction staging area on the subject property, consistent with the terms of the right-of-way agreements. A Resolution accepting the temporary construction easement is presented for the Board's consideration.

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt Resolution No. 2016-__, accepting the Grant of Temporary Construction Easement for the Union Road Bridge project from the Agredano family, and
2. Authorize the Board Chair to sign the Resolution and the Certificate of Acceptance and Consent to Record, allowing recordation of the Grant of Temporary Construction Easement.
